I am Buthelezi Kagwa Sichali, founder of Partner for Community Transformations (PACT). I applied for the Kanthari Leadership Course in India which I got admitted. One of the requirements to attend the Leadership Course is to issue a Caution Deposit of US$750 which is roughly MK1,301,408. The program has the online course which is starting 1st April, 2025 followed by the 7 months on campus starting May end of 2025. Thereafter, there will be a three months practical back home. I am working on a Regenerative Agriculture project that will empower marginalised women and youth in climate change adaptation and resilient technologies that will increase agricultural productivity. It is Kanthari that will impart leadership skills in me in terms of project management, fundraising skills, publicity, book keeping, and public speech.
